

We'll spend 15 to 20 minutes reviewing your situation. I'll ask about your income, employment, credit score if you know it, and what you're trying to accomplish. Then I'll tell you exactly what you qualify for, what rates are available to you right now, and whether it makes sense to move forward or wait. If you're ready, I'll explain next steps. If you're not ready yet, I'll tell you exactly what needs to change and when to reach back out. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just honest answers about your specific situation.
Nothing. The consultation is free. If we work together, I get paid by the lender once your mortgage funds, similar to how realtors work. You don't pay me anything out of pocket for standard mortgages. The only exception is private or alternative lending situations, which applies to less than 5% of clients. I'll tell you upfront if that's your situation.
That's completely fine. Actually, talking to me early is better. Most people wait until the last minute and that creates unnecessary stress. If you're 3 to 6 months out, we can get you properly prepared so when you're ready to move, everything goes smoothly. Early conversations mean better outcomes. I'd rather meet you now than when you're panicking with 2 weeks to go.
Nothing. Just show up. If you happen to know your credit score, income, or how much you have saved for a down payment, that helps. But if you don't know those numbers yet, we can still have the conversation and I'll tell you what information to gather after we talk. Don't let not having paperwork ready stop you from booking.
